Key Responsibilities
· Identify business growth opportunities in the cold chain logistics for the F&B industry.
· To develop targeted action plan for new account acquisition through prospecting, sales calls, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
· Develop and maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports to achieve maximum profit margin.
· Perform effective negotiation with business partners to attain cost efficiency with maximum profitability.
· Build and foster robust liaisons with all internal and external customers by providing best customer services.
· Maintain awareness of performance against Key Performance Indicators and provide sales performance updates to Senior Management.
· Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
Requirement:
· Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent work experience
· Proven sales track record with 5 years of experience in Cold Chain logistics a plus
· Resourceful, critical thinking and problem solving
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Ability to gain deep knowledge of the entire suite of company’s service offerings and utilize it to maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning a plus.
