• Candidates with 2-3 years’ experience in project management.
• Assist Project Manager to lead, manage and implement assigned projects, related to POS, Kiosks, Customer Loyalty and Lease Management system. Able to work with the direction of the program manager or project manager
• Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and technical aspects of the assigned projects. Serve as the single point of contact and provide first level support, liaising and coordinating with other supporting teams where required
• Undertaking project activities and maintenance operations required for successful execution & completion of assigned projects. Able to execute assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Lead and participate in design specifications and prototype workshops, and coordinate the user acceptance test, user training, user change management, pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support activities. Managing risks and issues as and when required.

• Perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities developing and maintaining project deliverables
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related activities. Organize project committee meetings and prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, minutes and other meeting collateral. i. Conduct regular site checks for illegal dumping activities at common areas (e.g. void deck, turf area, staircase, common corridor, etc), and signs of misuse of lifts during the first 3 to 6 months upon completion of new blocks. Inspection may be required after office hours during both weekdays and weekend (including public holidays), if the need arises

• d. PSI

Arrange inspections with:

i. tenants to check, arrange for repair and monitor till repair is completed

ii. flat owners to check, arrange for repair under Goodwill repair assistance Scheme and monitor till repair is completed

• e. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience with inspections / repair will be preferred

Salary: $16 per hour + transport allowance $50 per month

Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
