WHAT IS IT ABOUT

This position reports to the Managing Partner. The Business Development Consultant is to be involved in:

· Expanding the client base and identify new growth opportunities.

· New business development and client acquisition through various channels

· Market research to identify viable target sectors and strategic growth opportunities

· Preparation of business proposals and sales contracts

· Management of existing key accounts

WHAT TO EXPECT

· Identification of clients in the market sector, type of roles available, defining role budget and analysis of competitor profiles and trends

· Active involvement in approaching prospective clients to present company services and hiring solutions according to client needs

· Facilitating sales negotiation and securing client sign-off on proposals and agreement

· Regular feedback and follow up sessions with existing or inactive clients to sustain rapport and explore opportunities for future development

OBJECTIVES

This position is responsible to run and manage routine finance operations and provide support to Loewe’s financial/business planning preparation and reporting in SEA, primarily focusing on the markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and emerging smaller markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial and Operational

• Prepare and assist in the budgets & forecasts process from initial framing to presentation to the Regional Office
