Job Responsibilities:

Tender

• Responsible managing and monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
• Responsible to analyse and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements

Your main responsibilities

• Drive Accenture’s Talent Strategy and Development offerings across our Growth Markets (APAC and Latin America)
• Build and support our go-to-market strategies in the Talent Strategy and Development space, and deliver client facing projects across our key markets in Growth Markets

Qualifications:

• Min. 12 years of experience in talent strategy and development, with 7 years individually leading consulting projects or 5~6 years related industry experience with basic consulting skills
• Strong and proven track record in talent strategy and talent management.
• Strong capabilities on analytical and quantitative problem solving, and complex ideas communication, analytics experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams to deliver new strategies or capabilities while developing, mentoring and inspiring team members
• · Flexibility to accommodate client and project travel requirements.

• Responsible for managing the daily production status review and update
• Responsible for material shortages review, updating to production and expediting buyer to meet planned demand
• Responsible for updating BOM for Eco approval and reviewing materials impact
• Responsible for date change and customer demand report review for new order
• Responsible for customer demand report review for new order and date changes

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Min 3 years of working experience in Planning in semiconductor or related manufacturing industries
