Ensure that all BIM models are updated and submitted on time into OPTIMUS at specified project milestones. • Practice Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) – use of specific digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows. These include Virtual Design Construction (VDC), drone-based inspection, lidar scanning / point cloud models, 360 photo platform, and others as defined in the project’s EIR.
