Daily Responsibilities

Cashiering duties

Daily store-keeping,

Prepare beverages and simple meals following recipes

Serve beverages and prepared food

Maintain stock and inventory

Basic clean up and care for store cats

Skills and Qualifications

Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress

Hands-on experience with brewing equipment

Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Flexibility to work various shifts including PH and weekends

Excellent communication skills

High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Management responsibility:

• Devise, develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic & tactical plan for business development, marketing and marketing communication.
• Research into relationships that should be developed and manage effective partnerships with existing schools.
• Meet potential new schools by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop SSEC’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Forecast enrolment targets and ensure that they are met by the team.
• Stay appropriately networked and keep abreast of trends, news, events so that all possible, new or enhanced opportunities are exploited.

Business Development

• Liaise and effectively engage with schools (local and international) and agents for direct student recruitment drives and marketing activities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and issues affecting the educational industry to help the school stay ahead of the competition. Gather market intelligence on competitors.

Marketing

• Plan and execute relations and concepts that are aligned to the Business Development Plan.
• Relationship positioning within the Chinese educational setting

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the education industry.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.
• Good relationship management skills with internal / external stake holders
• Able to make constant trips to and fro Singapore and China

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist and support Project Manager in the project administrative duties/ deliverables

- Manages the administrative aspects of a construction project

- Communicate and work closely with customers, sub-contractors, 3rd Party service providers.

- Liaise with internal and external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery

- Required to do site visit with project manager

Job requirement:

- Diploma in building, Facilities management, civil engineering or equivalent certification preferred

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Project Administration for construction, design or building industry or property / facility management.

- Should be highly driven and independent; possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge in Auto-cad is an added advantage

Occasional half day work on Saturday is required (on an average of once in 3 months’ time)

Accounts & Business Operations Assistant

This is a hybrid role, with the candidate needing to provide support to the rest of the team in the areas of Accounts, Human Resource and Business Administration.

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Support duties:

• Assist with certain accounting and finance duties, including entry of accounts transactions, handle receivables and payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
• Prepare certain monthly financial and other company reports for management.
• Provide support with regards to internal and external queries on company financial matters.

Human Resource duties:

• Handle basic HR functions (e.g: Monthly payroll, CPF contributions, work pass applications, applicable employee leave, ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations, etc.

Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Singapore. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall design, delivery and management of training programs and initiatives for AKC’s suite of courses. The Manager will also manage trainers and course developers, and work closely with other departments and business partners to ensure the overall consistency and effectiveness of programs for all AKC learners.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager encompass the following:

• Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of existing and new AKC training programs within targeted performance, cost and schedules.
• Manage relationships with accreditation bodies & external training partners to ensure robust delivery of training programs, including provision of updates and fault rectification.
• Manage trainers, developers and subject-matter experts to curate new training programs for learners and rectify programs.
• Stay abreast of training industry trends to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communication.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (or any related field).
• At least 5 years of in-depth experience in managing training programs / projects.
• Experience with Training & Adult Education (TAE) instructional methods, pedagogical methods, and e-learning tools (e.g., EdTech, LMS) will be an added advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with subject-matter experts, trainers, developers and animators to implement training programs.
• Experience of learning principles and theories, as well as emerging trends and technologies in training and development.
• Strong knowledge of Skillsfuture Singapore training landscape is advantageous.
