· Arrange deliveries and resolve customer relationship management conflicts
· Resolve facilities, equipment, infrastructure and systems breakdowns
· Perform cargo consolidation activities and track cargo-handling schedules
· Apply environmental protection procedures
· Coordinate in Workplace Safety & Health activities and related reports
· Process orders received via email, calls or WhatsApp including standing orders pre-fix schedules
· For bulk orders with purchase orders, to create blanket sales orders and sales orders in Business Central ERP then schedule for delivery
· For package orders with purchase orders, to key into Business Central ERP, prepare manual filling and collection forms for operation and schedule for delivery
· Check through the delivery orders, checklists and Certificate of Analysis issued by Logistics Admin and arrange to send the delivery order
· When the signed delivery orders are returned after delivery, tally the quantity and email the delivery orders, weighing tickets to the lists of customers that required the returned weight
· Update revised delivery orders in Business Central ERP and send to accounts for billing
· Involve in Workplace Safety & Health meeting
· Attend to customers’ complaint
· Work closely with Maintenance team on the vehicle maintenance
· Monitor and update customers' blanket Purchase Orders
· Order material with suppliers to replenish stock
· Perform other job activities as and when assigned by superior
