• Responsible for managing projects and liaising with external solution providers to deliver solutions in accordance to REC SDLC guidelines.
• Prepare and / or maintain up to date business process flows, configuration documents, technical / functional specifications, test scenario / case creation, conduct user acceptance testing & roll-out solutions.
• Ensure day-to-day activities, projects / change requests are done in compliance to IT Control (Policies & Procedures).

• Degree in Computer Science or business with experience in SAP FICO Product Costing (CO-PC)
• Preferably at least one full project implementation cycle experience in SAP Finance & Project System modules in a manufacturing environment.
• Project rollout experience with country specific localizations.
• Well developed understanding and working experience on SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Consolidation, Special Purpose Ledger, Cost element / Cost center / Profit Center Accounting, Internal orders, Product Cost controlling, Profitability Analysis areas.
• Knowledge on FICO integration with MM, PP, PM and SD modules.
• Should be fluent with business processes associated with the use of SAP and comfortable with product costing, manufacturing business terms and concepts.
• Experience in Business process modeling, re-engineering, optimization.
• Experience in Windows Environment, Visio, Power Bi, and other document management tools
• Experience in LSMW, ABAP Query, ALV Reports , iDocs
• Integration experiences with other legacy or 3rd party systems.
• Working experience on Hyperion (HFM), Readsoft & reporting platforms like Power Bi an advantage.
• Experience in operating ERP / Business Applications with integration to MES systems in a 24x7x365 manufacturing environment an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You as a Manufacturing Planner must be able to identify opportunities for improvement, strategy development

for sustainable growth, and measurement of operational and financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise Construction and maintenance activities to ensure inspection programmes and preventive maintenance works are carried out as planned and in accordance with standards expected.
• Follow up promptly on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage and supervise planned and corrective maintenance programmes for electronic directory boards and speed advisory signs to ensure systems are in good working condition.
• Manage and supervise planned slope inspection programmes and analyze service report to pick up potential slope failure tell-tale sign and take quick remedial actions to mitigate.
• Manage user’s request, understand the requirements, develop work proposals and estimate associated costs. Oversee procurement of services, supervise work progress and ensure materials and workmanship meet standards. Review and track site progress through meetings and inspections to meet user’s project completion timeline.
• Identify improvement works, maintenance needs and cyclical maintenance programmes and derive budget required for new Financial Year.
• Oversee other tasks assigned

Requirements:
