• Perform 100% in-process inspection and recording inspection result

• Identity any non-conformance product and inform the problem to Production Superintendent or Engineering Assistant

• Check and report raw material defects / non-conformance before commencement

• Proper handling and usage of inspection devices and production machines/equipment

• Ensure job piece set-up and machining operation is in accordance with Routing Sheet and drawings

• Constant check on machining process and carry out in-process inspection to control the dimension according to customer requirements

• Maintenance and account for the inspection devices and tools issued for use

Requirements

• NTC 2 or 3 in Precision Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Able to operate Fanuc Controller

• Experience in the machine applied for will be an added advantage

• Trainee positions available for interested parties without experience

• Able to read & interpret technical drawings

• Capable of using measuring instruments - Micrometre, Bore Gauge, Profile Projector

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

C-Suite IT & Site Support

• Provide up to Tier 2 IT services at the Singapore site and local/remote (HK, Taiwan) to C-Level Leadership and staff.
• Establish trust and confidence with C-level executives and their direct staff.
• Understand the unique needs of C-Level users, develop actions to deliver the experience. 
• Partner and facilitate action items with the broader IT Enterprise Service Organizations.

• Support major Executive events (i.e.: Quarterly Earnings Calls, Board of Directors Meetings, and Global All Hands Meetings).

• Asset lifecycle management including commissioning, decommissioning, e-waste.

Your Mission

This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the overall electrical maintenance of various electrically powered and controlled machinery and equipment.

What To Expect

• Plan and direct preventive maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the automated manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

a. Collection of Materials from Customer Sites

1) Safely and efficiently collect materials from customer locations as per scheduled timelines.

2) Verify that collected materials match the collection order and documentation.

3) Adhere to all safety and transportation protocols during collection.

b. Receiving Materials

1) Inspect and verify incoming materials against the delivery orders and relevant documentation.

2) Ensure that materials are in good condition upon receipt and promptly report any discrepancies or damage.

3) Accurately record the receipt of materials into the inventory system.

c. Weighing of Materials

1) Perform accurate weighing of materials upon collection and receipt to ensure compliance with specifications.

2) Labelling: Ensure materials are correctly labelled after weighing for proper identification and tracking.

3) Storing of Materials: Safely store materials in designated locations according to company procedures and safety regulations.

d. Preparation of Materials for Shipment

1) a. Documentation Check: Cross-check materials against shipping documents to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

2) b. Packing: Safely and securely pack materials for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.

3) c. Stuffing: Assist with loading (stuffing) materials into containers or vehicles, ensuring proper handling and weight distribution.

e. Housekeeping

1) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and exterior company perimeters.

2) Ensure that work areas are kept safe and hazard-free in compliance with company safety standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

a. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.

b. Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits.

c. Complete all necessary paperwork and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.

d. Perform other duties as assigned by the logistics supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares key project documentation in executing the complete instrumentation engineering scope of work as per the project requirements in meeting customer’s expectations
