Join us as a Senior DevOps Manager

As a Senior DevOps Manager, you will lead a high performing team in architecting, implementing and managing highly resilient and reliable infrastructure that powers rewards solutions for our customers around the world. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Engineering (e.g. Product teams, core platform teams, quality teams) to roll out DevOps initiatives and ensure that our infrastructure can support the needs of internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate would have strong fundamental systems and networking knowledge, extensive experience in operating on cloud environments and have previously scaled DevOps and infrastructure in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure high performance and career growth

What you bring to the table

• Proven experience in leading high performing DevOps teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Strong expertise in configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

• Leading a team of service engineers by supervising, guiding and motivating for smooth operations and effective collaboration to achieve team goals.
