• Facilitate the maintenance and management of environmental health, safety, and well-being through systems, audit/inspection, and the establishment of high standards and expectations on employees of service excellence and safety awareness behaviors/performance.

• Conduct safety training for all operation activities and ensure HSE representatives are well-trained and well-equipped with HSE standards.

• Ensure compliance with EHS permits and licenses.

• Manage and maintain permits.

• Develop & update HSSE policies, guidelines, practices, management systems & tools to reflect Group’s requirements, ensuring they are implemented across entities.

• Conduct HSSE inspection, leads & provides support in major events/accident investigation where necessary, across entities & recommends improvement actions, sharing across entities to prevent reoccurrence.

• Perform an annual review of HSSE performance & identify gaps for improvement.

• Prepare and review all HSE documents related to offshore and onshore projects and operations matters.

• Attend daily vessel coordination meetings with customers as assigned by the project manager to facilitate the safe execution of works particularly in hot and any other incompatible works according to site conditions as and when required.

• Administer and plan for risk management with regard to all works carried out in ensuring the best safe work practices are in place.

• Any other responsibilities & authorities assigned by Management.

Position:

Financial Officer cum Admin

Job scope:

1. Responsible for related financial work of Singapore Company;

2. Assisted in preparing monthly statements, issuing annual audit reports, tax declaration, etc.;

3. Sorted out and preliminarily reviewed reimbursement bills, and delivered relevant documents to the headquarter;

4. Responsible for assisting Human Resources Department to check CPF related data and make payment on time;

5. Responsible for timely updating relevant information of enterprise registration;

6. Responsible for specific communication and coordination with banks and intermediaries (accountants, tax accountants, lawyers) in Singapore;

7. Responsible for data management. Timely print, send and receive, sort and file data, and timely transfer relevant financial data to the headquarter according to regulations;

9. Complete other work assigned by the supervisor .

· Prepare monthly payroll including casual labour wages within the given deadline

· Oversee and administer payroll deductions for group insurance, tax deposits, and garnishments

· Audit attendance sheets, overtime, leaves and other deductions submitted by Human Resources and other departments

· Ensure that income tax rates and compulsory employee and employer contributions are in accordance with the government regulations

· Ensure timely submissions of CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other tax related matters

· Prepare monthly payroll, headcount and other ad-hoc reports

· Prepare payroll journal voucher for general ledger posting

· To resolve payroll discrepancies if any

· Reconcile house fund on a daily basis and keep the safe neat and tidy

· Prepare daily bank deposit and General Cashier’s report in timely manner

· Ensure sufficient funds are on hand for daily hotel operation, and supply change to Team Members

· Report immediately any missing envelope and cashier discrepancies to the Account Receivable/ Finance Manager

· Processes all petty cash and due back for reimbursement

· Perform control checks as mandated by Hilton’s policies and procedures and SOX requirements

Perform any other payroll-related functions directed by Finance Manager
