About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for canvassing cargoes for Export trade lanes to achieve target lifting. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure customers know the whereabouts of shipment through MSC Internet shipment tracking and tracing system;
• Attend to customers complaint and co-ordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Operation, Finance and Cargo Flow Management) to resolve any issues and uphold our service commitment to customers.
