1. Operational Management:Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales outlet, meticulously scheduling employees to ensure proper coverage and assigning work effectively.
2. Policy Enforcement:Communicate and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a cohesive and disciplined work environment.
3. Staff Training and Certification:Ensure all staff are properly trained and certified as required, providing them with the necessary tools and equipment to excel in their roles.
4. Efficient Outlet Operations:Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, striving for efficiency in service delivery.
5. Customer Satisfaction:Ensure excellent and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs, fostering a positive and memorable experience.
6. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
7. Company Compliance:Ensure outlet adherence to Company regulations, encompassing sales reporting, cash management, and inventory controls.
8. Sales Targets Achievement:Drive and exceed individual and store targets through strategic sales initiatives.
9. Customer Service Excellence:Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
10. Team Leadership:Lead and supervise frontline staff, conducting briefing sessions on company procedures and policies.
11. Performance Evaluation:Evaluate the sales and work performance of frontline staff, providing constructive feedback.
12. Training and Development:Ensure frontline staff are well-trained in service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
13. Internal Growth Promotion:Guide and train new staff members to promote internal growth within the team.
