Job Description:

You will perform the following duties; but not limited to:

• To oversee & manage all accounts functions, supervise Accounts Executive, and manage external accounting service provider.
• To manage all AR accounts receivable functions, progress claim, accrued revenue, WIP, and follow-up with debtors on receivables.
• To manage all AP functions.
• To reconcile and manage bank accounts in different currencies/outlets daily.
• To check and approve the work of outsource accounting company, which undertakes the functions of bookkeeping, GST, and annual tax returns.
• To ensure the accounting process complies with the law.
• To assist with &/or prepare cashflow forecasting reports.
• To assist with &/or prepare any other regulatory submissions.
• To assist with &/or prepare financial reports for HQ in Japan.
• To work closely with other departments (HR/outlets/HQ) from the beginning to the end of each project, to ensure receivables and payables are handled in proper compliance with accounting procedures, on time, and till completion.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Plan, implement, and monitor the overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Inventory Control: Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting to meet the demands of the business while minimizing excess stock.

Experience:

At least 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, preferably within the F&B industry.

Proven experience in managing a logistics team and overseeing warehouse and transportation operations.
