Treasury Operations & Analysis

• Monitor cash positions for all KLA APAC entities and make investment recommendations
• Help establish and manage in-country and cross-border cash pools across APAC
• Foreign exchange exposure gathering/analysis
• Backup for foreign exchange trading, hedge accounting
• Responsible for cash flow collections forecast for Orbotech Asia regions, covering China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea
• Coordinate and manage Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) or Bank Guarantees for Chinese customers
• Partner with banks on updating, securing agreements to meet liquidity needs
• Other projects to support key global treasury initiatives

Credit & Collections

• Responsible for AR collections of Orbotech China AR covering both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
• Directly managing 2 AR collectors based out of China
• Significant interaction with China sales account team, and Division Finance organization
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures
• Work with Wipro team to properly apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
• Assist in managing credit risk exposures for both Flat Panel and PCB divisions
• Other projects to enhance efficiency or improve Days Sales
• Outstanding (DSO) metric for department (IT or process related)

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience

• Plan, execute and manage dormitory operations in compliance Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) and all relevant regulatory requirements
• To ensure the well-being and safety and health of the residents and staff are kept at the highest standard at all times.
• Put in place a vigorous and robust pandemic and crisis response plan including working closely with Government agencies for the plan execution and control
• To achieve a dormitory occupancy rate of at least 90% based on three-month rolling average
• Manage dormitory leases and tenancies including, but not limited to, allocation, extension, renewal and termination.
• Oversea and lead an in-house maintenance team in facility management including the security and crisis management of the dormitory
• Set up dormitory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) for the dormitory operations including, safety and health, facility management, fault reporting and repairs, fire safety management, crisis management and equipment maintenance.
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol and SOP
• Undertake policy/process reviews to support the effective management of overall dormitory operation and compliance.
• Timely reports and analysis of dorm trends, occupancy and bed rates across geographical regions.
• Devise marketing strategy to improve occupancy rate and income streams
• Engage government and non-government bodies for the implementation of whole-of-government (WOG) initiatives towards improving the overall living conditions of migrant workers.
• Manage reported activities and violations of residents.
• Manage dispute cases with clients
• Manage the provision of meals for the residents.
• Whenever necessary, be the main point of contact whenever there are any inspections/ audits by local authorities.
• Manage and achieve the entire operation within agreed budget

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in dormitory manager role
• To possess either PLRD or FSM
• To possess CERT (optional)

Responsibilities

· In-charge of Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services

· Provide and review value engineering to ensure the tenders submitted are evaluated to best practice

· Ensure annual sales revenue of awarded projects are met

· Ensure tender documents and cost estimation comply to technical requirement and due date

· Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied

· Review drawings and specifications

· Source for vendors / suppliers and contractors

· Assist to prepare for quotation and required tender documents

· Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.

· Comply to ISO / OSHA standards

· Any other duties as assigned and not limited to above responsibilities

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or a related discipline

· 5 years experiences in cost estimation with proven record of awarding projects

· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project

· Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, and good conversational / writing skills in English.

Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
