Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the inbound sales on orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.

Specifically, you will

• Work closely with Sales to understand product demands, ensuring precise forecasting.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers for shipping, coordinating with freight forwarders and overseeing customs clearance.
• Manage Inventory, aligning physical stock with ERP records, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate dispatch for delivery deployment and utilization.
• Accurately and promptly process orders, managing the billing process.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, conducting cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

• You should have a Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics.
• You should be proficient in ERP system, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative.
• Have a Growth mindset, being customer focused
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Meticulous with details

1. This position is a full set accountant reporting to Finance Manager.

2. Coordinate with operation team.

3. Ensure compliance to internal policies.

4. Prepare and compile monthly management and financial reports

5. Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Reconciliation and Fixed Asset Management

6. Prepare and post journal vouchers and manage general ledger function.

7. Ensure all contract commitments are accounted for (Accrual) and all costing are properly recorded.

8.Liaise with all internal department for reports, external auditors, bankers, tax agents and statutory board.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in, accounting, business or financial management

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in key areas of accounting function

• Mandarin speaking is mandatory; to liaise with china counterparts

• Computer Literate, independent with good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in general Accounting software preferred

• You will be proactive Accounts Executive, prepared to get in the detail as well present financial reports to management

• Preferably Singaporeans or PR need apply.
