The EAC will be responsible for collecting asset information on various equipment throughout the building, which will be stored in an electronic database, to assist the owner in developing a maintenance plan for the building.

The EAC, reporting to the Quality Manager, will be accountable for completing and accurately reporting the equipment asset information.

Responsibilities Specific to the Role:

• Integrate and work as part of a true “One Team” approach on the project, working closely with Fortis co-workers, subcontractors, the owner, and third-party Quality Control (QA/QC) and Commissioning (CX) teams.
• Review the design drawings to identify all equipment in designated areas that need to be catalogued in the database.
