JOB SCOPE

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee on-site construction activities from start to completion, including resource scheduling, management and coordination.

· Review and check through contractors’ submissions including but not limited to Risk Assessments, Method statements, materials, As-Built Drawings etc.

· Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project specifications are met.

· Conduct regular project meetings and site inspections to assess work quality, safety practices, and adherence to project plans.

· Manage and motivate site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.

· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photographs, and site records.

Requirements:

· At least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil/construction/MEP management.
