As Communications Senior Executive, you will have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across that broad spectrum, including bus captains, the trade union, the media, community groups and MPs, all of whom are your audiences. You will play a key role in managing our internal comms by working with various departments to craft and amplify key messages to our employees. You will take the lead on internal content creation and manage the publishing of news on TTS Hub, our custom-built staff app. You will also work with our developers to drive enhancements to the app. As part of a nimble and dynamic Communications & Customer Experience team, you will also support our staff engagement, customer experience and inclusive transport initiatives. On the external front, your main responsibilities encompass media relations, and social media, stakeholder and events management.

You will report directly to the Communications and Customer Experience Senior Manager and work closely with the Communications and Customer Experience Director. This role is based primarily at the Bulim Bus Depot but will often require you to travel to other locations across TTS’ operations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Work closely with the Communications Director to develop and execute communications plans for both internal and external audiences
• Internal content creation for multiple channels (including TV screens and TTS’ staff app) to ensure employees are well informed and engaged
• Craft scripts and produce monthly ‘MD’s Update’ videos
• Contribute to the shaping of a positive employer brand among current and potential employees
• Engage with TTS employees to unearth human-interest stories for internal/external publicity
• Work closely with TTS’ marketing and social media agency to develop social media content consistent with TTS’ brand voice
• Post ad hoc service announcements on social media to keep passengers aware of service disruptions (e.g. delays, accidents, etc.)

Guest Relations Executive, Front Office

The Guest Relations Executive is an essential part of the Front Office Team. Welcoming guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest’s stay, and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure according to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, major city attractions and events, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolves guest complaints, and finds opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests.
• Reports to the Duty Manager for further follow-up when necessary.

What you bring

• Open to entry-level candidates with Diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent
• One (1) year of relevant experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) is considered an asset
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize workload and handle pressure
• Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage

Schedule & Hours:

Executive, Merchandising (Indoor Playground)

Job Responsibilities

• Tracking, managing and fulfilment of online orders
• Merchandise restocks/deliveries/event set ups & tear downs
• Work closely with customer service team to handle any complains/feedbacks
• Product management on all online/offline channels
• Storage, inventory and product management
• Monthly stock count and submission of total inventory report
• Backend product management via Roller and DLabel
• Tracking of stock movement & ensuring physical stores’ shelf occupancy
• Visual merchandising on various channels/platforms
• Forecasting of various needs within merchandising (e.g. sales, manpower, stock availability, etc)

Job Description

· Handles daily administrative clinic work, tally and check on daily reports.

· Responsible for daily check on stock usage and patch recording or data entry of any differences.

· Responsible for daily check on machine condition and locations.

· Assess and score the clinic SOP compliance of the operation team including doctors and report to HQ management.

· Check-in customers, record the visits and update customer information on internal database.

· Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirement
