Responsibilities:

Front Desk Administration & Secretariat Support

• Attend to public walk -ins. This may include administering visitor logbook and badges, notifying relevant colleagues or re -directing public to appropriate resources, when needed.

HR Administration

Executive (Exhibitions)

The Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore (ICAS) is the curatorial division of LASALLE College of the Arts. Duration: 1 Year Contract

Work Location: Mainly Choa Chu Kang Area / Occasionally Novena Area

Work Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs); 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities:

Crisis Response Team Capabilities Development

• Organize exercises for crisis response team readiness.
• Manage administrative data for team members.
• Propose initiatives based on officer feedback.
• Develop and distribute effective resources.
• Source equipment for crisis response.
• Coordinate team events and engagements.
• Lead projects with vendors and stakeholders.
• Conduct training and briefings for various groups.
• Handle administrative tasks for event planning.
• Present project progress and findings.
• Ensure security of sensitive data.
• Oversee research vendor deliverables.

ACCOP Conference

• Support procurements for conference services:
• Conduct market research and obtain approvals.
• Initiate procurement process and draft documents.
• Assist in bid evaluation.
• Coordinate with contracted vendors:
• Manage pre- and post-procurement activities.
• Ensure fulfilment of contracted services.
• Manage logistical and operational needs:
• Prepare logistics for the conference.
• Secure logistics services as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks:
• Knowledge management of approvals and contracts related to the conference.
• Maintaining records of key correspondences with conference vendors.
• Track budgeted cash flow for the conference.

Requirements:

• Good degree in project management / creative design/ psychology or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge and skills in creative design, training, exercise design and execution, and project management would be a strong advantage
• Strong task and time management skills
• Able to develop training materials catering to a specific audience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well

Job Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong relationships with tenants to support their retail needs effectively.
• Oversee daily mall operations, maintenance, and tenant communications.
• Coordinate inspections and manage routine maintenance tasks.
• Prepare technical specifications and oversee procurement processes for related works.
• Ensure completion of approved capital expenditure projects within budget.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for design development for foundation system, deep excavation, tunneling and/ or land reclamation works under supervision of a team leader.
• Responsible for analysis and design of geotechnical and structural elements.
• Assist team leader to liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors for the design development
• Review soil profile and perform geotechnical design calculation for preliminary studies.
• Lead in the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and geotechnical findings.
• Responsible for geotechnical design development and assessment including ground improvement works, foundation design, ERSS and Instrumentation
• Oversee feasibility studies and prepare weekly reports & work programs.
• Conduct site surveys, monitoring and review instrumentation readings, also involved in Risk Management
• Prepare and compile technical reports and drawings.
• Plays a key role in client management and client satisfaction.
• Liaison with project stakeholders, clients, other consultants, contractors, relevant authorities.
• Assist with authority submission requirements for geotechnical works.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Geotechnical
• Familiar with numerical analysis of soil structure interaction
• Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures
• Excellent technical and project management skills
• Familiar with Plaxis and Slope/W
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.

Job Description:

· Handle full set of accounts (AR / AP / GL / P & L)

· Maintain proper and complete financial records

· Prepare monthly bank/creditors statement reconciliation, GST and Corporate Tax

· Ensure accurate and timely billing and ensure receipts are updated into system

· Handles invoice and payment, expense claims, payment vouchers

· Any other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:-

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or relevant qualification

· Preferably good working knowledge in POS / FACT system

· 2-3 years of accounting experience in F & B industry

· Good work ethic, attention to detail and ability to communicate with all levels of staff

· Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of activities in a fast paced environment

· Can start work immediately.

Annual Leave: 18 Days

• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expat)
• Responsible for full scope of payroll
• Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Handle payroll accounting tasks such as preparation of all payrolls related journals (including accruals) and uploading them into the system.
• Support in preparation of journal and perform reconciliation.
• Manage Government Leave Grant
• Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
• Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
• Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
• Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
• Prepare benefits-in-kind for payroll upload.
• Assist Employee Services Executive in employee benefits programs administration, such as generating employees’ listings for employees’ insurance renewals, employee medical matters, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in Payroll position.
• Highly committed and comfortable with contractual role.
