Events Executive (Events Coordination, Gaming industry)

Job Description:

• Organize trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage PR materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage/support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Knowledge of our trading card games would be advantageous
• Must have basic knowledge of social media management
• Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

We are looking to hire a commendable executive chef to manage our kitchen staff and to resolve kitchen issues swiftly. The executive chef attracts and retains staff, maintains a cooperative relationship with team members, optimizes staff productivity, and serves as a replacement in team members' absence. Job Description:

• Manage all receipts and payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain billing system and ensure company receives payments for goods and services
• Process payments to vendors and ensure payment is received for outstanding credit
• Generate, verify, and reconcile invoices, account statements, credit & debit notes
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse colleagues to ensure proper control over sales and purchase processes
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities
• Respond to all customer, vendor, and auditor enquiries regarding finance
• Maintain proper bookkeeping record and prepare monthly accounting reports
