The title holder is a self-driven, inquisitive, organised and personable individual that reports to the operations manager. He/She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business operations by building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality service to our customers. He/She will:
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
· Handle customer queries and ensure that all matters are resolved in a timely and professional manner
· Attend regular update meetings with customers
· Plan and manage the allocation of the manpower of the operations team at the various work sites
· Analyse data for basic signs and indications of potential problems
· Maintain company level accreditations, registrations and workheads with the relevant authorities
· Ensure that SOP and manuals are updated and compliant with the latest regulations and accreditation standards
· Conduct site inspections to ensure that SOPs are adhered to and take corrective actions when necessary
· Conduct site surveys for potential sites and identify areas where we can add value
· Prepare documents for tender submissions
· Prepare risk assessment, method of work and complete necessary permits applications
· Introduce and implement usage of SMART FM mobile application to all maintenance sites
Requirements
· Degree. Major in related fields will be advantageous
· Well-organised and pro-active
· Excellent planning and organizing skills
· Strong logical reasoning ability and efficient in problem solving
· Proficiency in a second language will be advantageous
