Job Description/Requirements:

Process Optimisation

- Analysing existing processes within the organization to identify areas for improvement.

- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and ensure consistency across departments.

Continuous Improvement

- Develop programs that create awareness and promote Continuous improvement culture in the organization, promoting best practices and standards in the organization

- Leading continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

- Utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to identify root causes of problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Job Scope:

1. Lead team of accounting assistants in client engagements.
2. Perform book keeping and full set of accounts for clients.
3. Preparation of accounting schedules.
4. Prepare GST report for submission.
5. Drafting of Financial Statements.
6. Tax computation and filing for clients.
7. Liaising with IRAS, ACRA, Clients and Auditors.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. ACCA or Degree / Diploma/ LCCI / CAT/ ITE in Accounting and Taxation
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate services firm.

Responsibilities

· Perform Partial set of Accounts Payable & Receivableand Fixed Assets for Commercial/Service Apartments

· Responsible to verify and ensure accurately entry of suppliers invoices & payments into Sage system

· Perform monthly recurring invoices to tenants and reconcile payments received

· Work closely with Hotel/Maintenance Staff on physical tagging, labeling & counting of assets

· Reconcile of fixed assets registration and disposal to prepare month end depreciation schedules for closing

· Raise Fixed Assets Requisition & Disposal form to HQ for approval

· Monthly preparation of Bank Reconciliation and Cash flow position to Accountant

· Undertake daily and month-end accounting reports

· Rectify SG office related accounts matters (if any)

· Confirm the accuracy of month-end reports submitted to Accountant

· Provide assistance in year-end closing, budgeting forecast and audits
