You will be responsible for:

A. OPERATIONS SYSTEMS LEADERSHIP - KFC CONNECT: (50%)

• Lead the market launch, adoption, execution and enhancement of the KFC Connect operations system. Project manage market rollouts in consultation with the franchisepartner, the operations performance manager, cross functional teams and global counterparts to deliver on-time launch and full adoption of Connect in each market.
• Drive seamless execution and operational adoption of integrated KFC Connect programs such as Success Routines and Microapps specific. • Rollout and drive adoption of Connected Kitchen tools including MRD printers and IOT Sensor in consultation with the YUM Asia technology teams

• KFC Connect vendor management for market-specific adjustments, debugging, and integrations that doesn’t require significant technology intervention.

• Lead the market launch, adoption, execution and enhancement of key KFC restaurant operating systems. Co-define the adoption roadmap by franchise market and build alignment on the delivering on time execution.

2.Hull, machinery and maintenance matters

3) To be a counterpart of SM and class to carry out the certificate relating matters such as application, change, inspection and filing.

4) To conduct analysis of fuel consumption and optimization of the navigation of owning vessels.

5) To review, revise (if necessary) and approve an annual budget and temporary expenditure of the Company’s owning vessels, prepared by SM.

3.Commercial related matters

1) To assist the preparation of feasibility study of new tonnage investment.
