• Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
• Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
• Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering/ Safety Health and Environment.
• Possess 2 years’ experience in similar role, with at least 1 year of working experience in Jurong Island.
• Able to work at height and climb cat ladders.
• Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license.

This position assists the Membership Team and Membership Sales Team in the general administration to ensure smooth operations of both the Membership Admin and Membership Sales Departments.

1. Provide Administrative Support for Membership Team and Membership Sales Team
2. Data entry for new Membership Applications
3. Process Application Forms that are received every morning.
4. To assist in Membership Sales as and when required by Head of Membership Sales
5. Attend to Members’ request via all channels.
6. Ensure all incoming emails is attended within 24 hours or 3 working days if an investigation is required.
7. Filing of Membership documents.
8. Assist in preparation for New Night
9. Assist in preparation for New Members Election Night, Annual General Meeting / Special General Meeting.

• Cargo booking, planning and closing to achieve maximization of cargo space & loading

• Prepare Cargo Sales Report (CSR), airline daily reports, data entry, quotations and telesales
• Liaise with several parties to ensure cargo submitted according to IATA regulations
