Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely execution of the following contract management/customer accounting tasks:

o Issue new/renewal policy contracts and documentation

o Administer contractual updates/admin updates/Policy termination

o Chase premium base/Book premium base in the system and calculate premium

o Prepare bonus/malus calculation

o Issue premium and fee invoices

o Undertake dunning process and follow-up on outstanding premium and fee receivable

o Generate regular/ad hoc reports

o Perform reconciliation with insurance partners in ASEAN

• Manage and answer queries from internal and external clients

• Perform ad hoc assignments as and when required

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Diploma / Degree holder

• Good command of English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Attentive to detail, meticulous and able to work independently

• Good team player with ability to adapt to changing environment

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience

Key Activities/Elements

• Responsible for management of promoters of assigned products in Singapore and responsibility includes (not limiting to) payroll management, attendance, discipline, deployment and motivation of promoters.
• Act as gate keeper to disseminate directions & sales strategies to promoters as well as handles and gathers market intelligence information.
• Develop strategic actionable plans and actions to achieve the assigned sell-out targets of assigned products.
• Conduct regular store visit and make improvement actions to enhance inhouse share of each stores.
• Participate in regular internal / external meetings and share sell-out insights to relevant stakeholders.
• customer experience with aim to increase sales and customer shopping experience.
• Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies.
• Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret campaign performance and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store & sales performance.

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

• Diploma / Degree (Min) preferably in business administration, marketing, Sales management.
• Min. 3 years working experience in retail operations or consumer electronics industry.
• Min. 2 years experience of promoter management

The individual is required to handle customer inquiries/ request for quotation, bookings, and coordination. It would include create bookings in Company’s proprietary freight forwarding system, and coordinating with carrier, depot, trucking, insurance, and customs clearance.

The individual will also need to do BD activities with the intent to grow the topline.

1.Handle full set of import and export and all teh shipping documents such as BL,DO ,Permit and etc

2.Prompt Response and close communication with vendors, customers, carriers and

overseas agents

3. Offer solutions to client for shipment /space

4. To resolve routine and non-routine issues or complaints from customers.

5.Sourcing and negotiation of rates

6. Billing and closing of job files

7. Accurarcy checks on job files in in-House Freight Management System

8. Prepare Reports

9.Provide guidance and solution to juniors

10.Top Line Growth and Responsibilities through retention and penetration efforts, and

business development with Network Agent Partners and House Accounts.

11. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Qualification and Experiences

- Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding

- A general diploma in Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred. However, candidate

without above qualification but with multiple years of proven relevant track records will

be considered too.

- Proficiency in English and 2ndLanguage skills

- IT Savvy

- Working knowledge of Import and Export processes.

- Ability to keep up the pace and stay efficient at the same time is required.

- Ability to find suitable solutions that work for the situation at hand.

Your responsibilities primarily revolves

• The coordination of sales meetings with potential clients
• The communication of company updates to our existing clients
• The management of administrative tasks in cooperation with our sales services.

Given that this is a remote position with adaptable scheduling, it emphasizes the need for self-reliance and discipline. The salary range falls between $3,000 and $6,000 per month. We expect candidates to have "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

Job Description
- Handle vehicle sales.
- Handle short term and long term rental activities including handing / taking over bikes for QC checks, phototaking of vehicle conditions, etc…
- Handle administrative duties for sales.
- Attend the handing over process of bikes to customers.
- Follow up on production / new vehicle preparation activities.

Job requirements

This position will start off as 11 months contract.

Location:
Bukit Timah Primary School

Responsibilities:

• Open and close school gates and classrooms
• Logistics support e.g. carry of tables, chairs and benches that are required for school functions
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the school
• Stocktaking and ordering of school supplies
• Traffic control and marshalling
• Assist Operations Manager in maintaining school security (e.g. escorting contractors and vendors during maintenance works in school compound)

Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 2 shifts

· Early Shift (6.00am to 3:30pm)

· Late shift (9.30am to 7.00pm)

Salary:
$1800
