JOB DESCRIPTION

· Set up, test and provide technical support for end user as scheduled for both virtual and face to face

· Set up, test and provide technical support during events for both virtual and face to face

· Assist in set up of video conferencing

· Trouble shooting of equipment issues during meeting e.g., microphones, projectors and sound mixing equipment, including necessary replacement, to enhance virtual meetings and events.

· Make sure all VC infrastructure’s related hardware and software are operational at all times.

· Coordinate with and provide advice to all users for all matters requiring video conferencing.

· Conduct daily inspections

· Take ownership in the management and maintenance of all VC and AV equipment and system, e.g., routine checks and preventive maintenance works

· Extract video recording from cloud or computer. It will require labelling, editing, copying and storing media in DVDs or servers.

· Retrieve recordings for the purpose of transcription.

· Track inventory of VC and AV equipment and order supplies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience (AV/Electrical/Electronics/IT), of which at least 1 year of experience should be in providing AV/ IT service to users.

We are experiencing a high growth in Asia, comprising of our locations in Singapore, Vietnam and China. Our Singapore office serves as a regional base, in fact we recently moved into brand new and bigger office facilities.

Therefore, it is time to have the first IT Supporter located in this region to be even closer to the users on a daily basis, and you will get the opportunity to take an important part of this new setup.

You will join a global and skilled IT support team of currently eight colleagues located in Denmark, UAE and Panama, who together perform all IT support related tasks for the Monjasa Group, covering all time zones. Your primary focus will be to support our many users via our helpdesk system, and for this reason, you will have a varied workday.

As the only Supporter on the ground in the region, you will experience a high degree of freedom and responsibility in the position, and you will also get a broad global exposure. You can look forward to some intra-regional travel activities to the two sister offices when needed. We have recently added a barge setup to our business in Singapore, and going onboard the vessels once in a while to provide IT support will also be required and an exciting opportunity for you to gain even further insight into our business.

Lead, manage and motivate a team of Laundry Operators to achieve daily production targets in output, quality, delivery and cycle time.

Overall resource planning and allocation for Operation departments.

Plan, organize and control for daily Operations and execute work effectively.

Responsible for continuous improvement programmes to improve on quality, productivity and delivery.

Plan and organize manpower requirements for the department to achieve maximum efficiency and performance.

Estimating, Negotiating and agreeing Budgets and Timescales with Stakeholders.

Recommend and verify the implementation of product non-conformity solution.

Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations are met.

Handle customer feedbacks and enquiries.

Responsible for corrective and preventive action.

Ensure and implement good 5S housekeeping and compliance safety measures in the plant as required.

Monitor and appraise the individual worker’s performance.

Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Operation Manager.

• Consolidate and generate payroll data for 300+ employees (both local and expat)
• Responsible for full scope of payroll
• Main liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Posting journals (payroll accounting tasks) with Finance Shared Service team
• Support in preparation of journal and perform reconciliation.
• Manage Government Leave Grant
• Handle all income tax-related documents and matters
• Prepare payroll reports and check all data provided by the payroll vendor
• Monthly reconciliation of accounts for all entities in Singapore
• Manage annual statutory surveys and annual payroll audit schedules
• Manage and report information required in Statutory Accounts
• Year-end accrual for unconsumed leave, tax processing fee and others
• Prepare benefits-in-kind for payroll upload.
• Assist Employee Services Executive in employee benefits programs administration, such as generating employees’ listings for employees’ insurance renewals, employee medical matters, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in Payroll position.
• Highly committed and comfortable with contractual role.

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

• Conceptualise curriculum projects that cater to low income children that meet their learning needs;
• Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning with existing teachers. The approaches would need to be anchored on evidence-informed practices;
• Lead professional development through designing resources in collaboration with other team members to meet the needs of our teachers. This includes working with partners beyond CDAC to drive an innovative culture of learning and team spirit;
• Institute strong teaching and learning processes to design learning experiences and the creation of an environment conducive to the development of student confidence, holistic growth, and mastery of learning.

TUTORING

• Assist in covering tutor duties when required.
• Tutor and coach students who need academic support in one or more subjects (English, Science, Math or Chinese language) for Primary and Secondary levels for CDAC Tuition Programme students.
