Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar.
• Recruit, train and supervise bar staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage bar budgets, expenses and revenue.
• Plan and execute promotional events to attract patrons.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
• Master skills in coffee making.
• Strong team collaboration and communications skills.
• Felxibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading in continuous development and improvement of the company and assist in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives.
• Responsible for developing the operational plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer, licensor and company quality standards.
• Responsible for achieving ptimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
• Responsible for developing and improving team through replacement, planning and activities

Requirements

About the role: This role will be hired on a 2 year contract (renewable)

• Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities
• To manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation
• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters
