· Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related disciplines

· 3-5 years’ experience in IT related projects

· A good team player who is proactive in identifying problems and recommending solutions and able to work independently, but also with various stakeholders from different departments

· Good knowledge in MS Excel, HTML, Wordpress, ASP.NET, MS Powerpoint, Power BI, application, database and reporting tools will be an advantage

· Good interpersonal skills to handle internal and external users and/or situations

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

1. Jurong Island Pass
2. Mandatory safety passes
3. Mandatory training courses

• To maintain a good inventory records for all PPE and ensure all records are in order for audit purposes.
• To order, prepare and distribution of PPEs to the employees.
• Collection of timecards/timesheets from employees every month end and ensure that the records are in order before handling over to the Accounts
• To check on mandatory courses, compare and enroll the workers as assigned
• To assist on any ad-hoc operations' related matters as per assigned by the Operations Manager

• Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Serves meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; and maintaining a sanitary kitchen.
• Executes cold food production following standards of plating guide specifications.
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and orientation, training, payroll and IR8A submission, work pass and Man Year Entitlement application, dormitory arrangement, incident reporting, medical, insurance and work injury claims, employee profiles and leave management, overseas deployment, promotions and resignations.
• Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions, swab test registration.
• Assist in apply certifications & grants/internships/Career fairs/ Company events.
• Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Finance & generate monthly reports
• Use payroll software/ERP to complete daily tasks and assist in improvements of the systems.
• Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
