Job Description

Job Description & Requirements

• Design of electrical systems for infrastructure/ Water / building projects
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for all electrical systems
• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
• Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.

About the role:

• Responsible for studying the project requirements, and specifications and following document submissions such as Method statements as required
• Attend periodical meetings with clients to discuss the engineering clarification and engineering status: Technical Query (TQR) Piping Insulation Document & Drawing Status (isometric drawings, P&ID’s, Piping GA’s, etc.) FIM & DM supply piping material status Engineering Clarification / Proposal
• Responsible for the master material take-off (MTO), procurement of insulation materials, and expediting materials to be delivered on time
• In charge of the master status of Engineering, Procurement, and construction status
• Coordinate with fabricator and project team for the execution of insulation work
• Prepare necessary document for additional claim/instruction to sub-contractor (JCS/JCR/Site Instruction/Timesheet “A” and “AA”).
• Follow instructions and advice from Piping HOD & Engineering Manager for resolving the engineering matters
• Study and understand project spec, scope of work, and scope of supply
• Ensure that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures, to ensure optimum efficiency, and work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements
• Establish the sequence of priority system for piping completion with related sections, ensure work and materials are planned to follow the same sequence
• Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and client's specifications
• Organize and control shop fabrication activities

About you:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in marine/shipyard operations involving site piping fabrication and supervision works
• Highly motivated individuals with good organizational skills and leadership skills
• Able to adapt to new work environments and able to lead independently
• Active and positive-minded
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel)

Job Description:

As part of the Operations & Maintenance team, the responsibilities encompass a broad range of tasks aimed at ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Key tasks include:

• Monthly Reports & Maintenance: Preparing comprehensive monthly reports and performing regular maintenance on Windows and Linux server components.

• Security Scans & Remediation: Conducting monthly IoC scans and vulnerability assessments, followed by remediation efforts on identified vulnerabilities in servers. Additionally, manage Internet Hygiene Portal (IHP) remediation for InSIGHT and VDI sites.

• Monitoring Alerts: Conduct daily performance monitoring, analysis, and cloud resource optimization across Azure Sentinel, Citrix VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure), and Commvault backup systems. Thoroughly investigate alerts through querying Kusto Query Language(KQL) logs within Azure Monitor Log Analytics workspace, delving into root causes to ensure comprehensive resolution.

• Application Deployment: Deploy the InSIGHT application, including components like Genie agents, App Service UI, App Service API, and App Migrator.

• VDI User Onboarding: Onboarding VDI user accounts and mapping their personal and shared drives to facilitate smooth operations.

• Citrix Components & Palo Alto upgrade: Perform patches on Citrix components, eg. Citrix Storefront, Citrix ADC, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop. Upgrade PAN OS versions, fix security vulnerabilities in Palo Alto.

• Certificate Management: Renewing internal and external SSL/RDP certificates to maintain secure communication channels.

• PBI User Onboarding & Permissions: Onboarding new PowerBI users, granting permissions to various reports, and utilizing utility tools to manage report permissions and Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Documentation: Updating and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit documents to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Provide technical support on product offerings and solutions to the customers.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or other relevant technical disciplines with 6-8 years of relevant experience; or
• Diploma in Electrical or Electrical Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in power products, e.g. Power Systems experience in UPS systems, Medium and Low voltage switchgear, low voltage components and voltage conditioners will be highly appreciated.
• Able to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints and have a solid understanding of basic electrical and electronic control systems.
• Knowledge in site installation works and requirements preferred.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English languages
