Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation – Develop compelling written and visual content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, blogs, social media, and newsletters.

Havas Media Singapore is looking for an Associate Digital Manager with at least 4 years of experience managing digital media planning for client campaigns.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the management and delivery of advertising campaigns for a portfolio of digital media accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Director in managing a portfolio of digital media accounts with a team of Digital Planners, Executives, and Traders
• Lead the team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis
• Define media plan strategies and deliver recommendations to clients and partners
• Plan, distribute and oversee the tasks of junior team members
• Support the recruitment and training of junior team members
• Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching

Requirements for this role:

• Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the media industry, specialising in digital media
• Knowledge & proficiency in digital buying platforms (E.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360)
• Knowledge & proficiency in digital marketing platforms (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape in Singapore (including ad networks and third-party partners), and local market nuances
• Strong business acumen and a sense of financial management. You will be overseeing the management of client budgets
• First-hand team management experience will be appreciated

Responsibilities (Web Marketing Communication & SEO)

• Manage website migration to a new Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), coordinating content migration and web optimization.
• Participate in user acceptance tests for system enhancements.
• Create and update website content, including digital graphics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for webpage updates and new page creation.
• Work with vendors to optimize design and content for desktop and mobile.
• Coordinate with IT for website maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on digital marketing trends.
• Manage relationships with website vendors and project teams.
• Oversee all SEO activities (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve SERP rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Collaborate with SEO agencies and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Ensure website content follows SEO best practices, maintaining meta data hygiene with continuous keyword monitoring and research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computing, or a related field.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and digital tools
• Tech-savvy with proficiency Web Coding, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, SEO principles, Google Search Console, and UX/UI.
