JOB PURPOSE:

The Asset will report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager – Asset and is responsible to ensure the optimum management of regional inventory levels for a given product portfolio in order to meet the requirements of sales for a given business unit, while managing business risk and reducing any excess/bad inventory. • Daily purchases through IMS- Inventory Management System, either local suppliers purchases or global transfers from Memphis or UK

You understand digital marketplace trend, consumer shopping behaviour and understand the sales funnels stages. You will be working with the product and marketing team closely to ensure the day-to-day operations of ASUS eCommerce platform . You will also assist the Digital Business Manager to work towards the growth of ASUS Digital Business in Singapore.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of the marketplace strategy to achieve business goals
• Ensure positive digital shopping experience with customised and accurate product content and information
• Identify industry and marketplace best practices and lead growth initiatives across marketplaces
• Engage with marketplaces to develop strategic initiatives that enhance growth of brand share and revenue
• Responsible for all performance metrics including store visits, page views, add-to-cart rate, followers acquisition, conversions, average order value, transactions and revenue
• Manage and develop relationships with our fulfilment partners, including influencing and educating them on ASUS’ products
• Work closely with cross-functional support team including product and marketing to ensure efficient and effective execution of promotional or product campaigns
• Analyse data, trends and performance to report on business figures internally and take ownership with the leader of your vertical, developing deep insights and providing actional recommendations
• Serve as a liaison with fulfilment partners, regarding new product launches, promotional campaigns, inventory management
• Providing support escalation and resolution for customer enquiries to ensure positive customer engagement and experience.

Skills & competencies:

• Deep knowledge in e-commerce across digital channels, marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce
• High attention to digital commerce trends and strong understanding in selling in digital marketplaces
• Experience in working with resellers, distributors or fulfilment partners
• Deeply data-driven with proven analytical and numerical prowess; versed in store analytics and proficient in analysing data for decision making
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and account management related roles

The Operations Specialist role will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing regional logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Depot Management

• Steer sorting and inspection process standardization to meet quality expectation
• Conduct SOP training and process audit in assigned depot
• Drive smooth and effective turnaround of Goodpack containers with optimum cost management
• Monitor inventory holding in assigned depot to improve fleet utilization rate
• Champion and drive inventory accuracy in assigned Depot.

Import

• Track list of import shipments arriving at port and ensuring documents availability
• Prepare and provide shipping documents to agents / liners
• Liaise with agents on application of custom permits
• Follow-up and resolve all clearance issues
• Ensure system transaction is updated accordingly

Export

• Liaise with depot operator on export requirements
• Ensure system transaction is updated accordingly
• Perform freight booking for export
• Ensure that all shipping documents and permits are processed accordingly, and Bill of Lading is uploaded to system

Local Deliveries

• Maintenance of trucking rates
• Review that cost are correctly included in the system
• Work closely with Order Fulfillment team on order amendment, cancellation or replacement
• Review with Order Fulfillment team to ensure all customers orders are delivered on-time.
• Main contact point of outsourced transporter, bridging the communication with internal (Order Fulfillment team) and external (depot operator) stakeholders

Others

• Work with Regional Operations Executive/Manager to conduct performance review with 3PL vendors
• Develop collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience.
• This role required regular travel to the warehouse (Tuas).
• Hands-on operational experience particularly in container yard or multi-client warehouse is a plus
• Proficient in troubleshooting with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office, Outlook and etc.
• Knowledge in OHSAS 18001/SS506, ISO 9001, Lean / Six Sigma will be advantage.
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet time frames.
