This advertisement is recruiting for the position of ICT Executive.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary located in Jurong East.

Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025

Option to Extend : From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 December 2026

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The services required are set out as follows:

1. Provide *device management ( *device – ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department ) of school-owned devices
2. Provide technical and applications support for users during school hours
3. Installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repair of devices.
4. Maintenance of tracking list (for e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet) to track the loan and return of devices.
5. Manage ICT inventory in the School
6. Manage Audio-Visual (AV) inventory in the School
7. Deliver and set up ICT devices/resources at the requested room/ area.
8. Assist and supervise ICT vendors during delivery of services or goods
9. Assist School Leaders, management or teachers for related ICT tasks.
10. Process paperwork (for e.g. Loan Form, ICT Request Form) and related ICT administrative tasks.
11. Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager and ICT Associate.
12. To support and work in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DEs) deployed in schools.
13. To assist in audio, projector and notebook setup during school programme and events
14. To assist in audio and video production when necessary
15. To assist in using video editing software or application when necessary
16. To conduct ICT baseline skills (Microsoft applications and Google applications), ICT related and video related trainings to students

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possess a Diploma qualification in IT related field
• Proficient in English Language – both written and spoken
• Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess working knowledge in Google Workspace applications
• One (1) year of experience conducting enrichment workshops or equivalent activities in schools
• One (1) year of experience as ICT Executive or equivalent role in a school setting
• Possess troubleshooting knowledge of ICT device(s)
• Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) related setup in a school setting
• Experience in audio, video and production for school events
• Ability to use video editing software and application
• Registered under MOE’s Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0)

Key Requirements:
