Human Resource Clerk (Payroll, Info-Tech HRMS system)

1. With at least 2 years payroll experience in using the Info-Tech HRMS software or other payroll softwares.
2. To assist in handling bi-monthly payroll processing for 500 - 800 headcounts.
3. Good working knowledge of payroll processing and administration in Cleaning Services industry.
4. Work with Admin and Operations Teams to maintain HRMS database, and leave administration.
5. Co-ordinate with Operations on staff attendance records, confirmation, and other related HR matters.
6. Good Knowledge of MOM Employment Act, and Foreign Worker Application.
7. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Perform monthly closing reports, bank reconciliation, schedules and variance analysis as well as yearly financial statements
• Manage debtors’ control to ensure timely collection of trade receivables
• Liaise with Sales department with regard to invoicing and collection matters
• Review payments to suppliers (local and overseas)
• Perform checking to ensure staff claims & expenses valid and accurate
• Record expenses into Navision system

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent
• Audit experience is a distinct advantage
• Relevant work experience in full set of accounts for an organisation in Singapore would be advantageous
• Hands-on experience in Navision would also be advantageous
• Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Mentor and guide team members to focus on their roles within the incident response and resolution process. Your role includes:

• Managing the recovery process and establishing a clear hierarchy of command and accountability.
• Handling case management, including the collection and analysis of information on risks to avoid future incidents.

Requirements

• A strong background in supporting Desktop End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations.
