• Responsible for full payroll cycle for Singapore Headcount
• Ensure accuracy for salary, fixed allowances, CPF contributions and monthly variables including overtime, shift allowance, transport reimbursements etc
• Prepare statutory submissions such as CPF, NS claims, salary tax submissions etc
• Participate in statutory surveys as and when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in payroll function with experience handling large headcount (more than 1000)
• Able to commit 3 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Descriptions:

• Involved in the full spectrum of Account Payable functions.
• Perform day to day verification and recording of accounts payable data.
• Supervise the work of the AP assistants.

-Liaise with Vendors and Suppliers project costing

• The position entails the following responsibilities:
• Creating the organization’s program, i.e. selecting the shows that will be displayed during the season
• Setting and overseeing the schedule production for the season
• Hiring staff: artists, directors, performers and actors, stage managers, designers, etc.
• Being in charge of theatrical development: commissioning playwrights to write plays, read and select the scripts that are submitted to the theatre.
• Managing the theatre’s budget and dealing with funding bodies (charities, the government, sponsors, trusts, etc.)

Job Description:

ADMIN EXECUTIVE (TEMP 5 Day Week)

· Manage day-to-day employee-related issues.

· Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing of workers.

· MOM Applications – Work Pass & S Pass.

· Prepare confirmation letters and monitor every Employee’s contract expiry for renewals.

· Update and manage employee records.

· Responsible for maintaining all training records; including Core Trade.

· Submission of applications and claims and then to follow up on the payment procedures.

· Preparation and monitor jobs completion schedule to carry out routine maintenance works by sub-contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

· The appointment is temporary for at least 2 months and it is possible to be permanent after two months.

· Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 years related working experience, preferably within a Construction field.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of MOM statutory requirements and pass issuance process for foreign employees preferred.

· Willing to multi-task.
