Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. As the candidate develops, he or she is likely to take additional responsibility to oversee other offices, for example, India and / or HK /TW. Description of the Role

The GM of SEA will have full responsibility for the P&L for Singapore and Malaysia. Duties of Assistant Manager, Retail Operations:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
