The Regional Threat Intelligence Specialist will work within the Global Security Intelligence function, supporting the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to stakeholders across the organization. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. • Manage and track the entire renewal process, coordinating and communicating customer renewal intentions with Sales, Finance and other members of the organization

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Monitor and Support: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents promptly, following established procedures and escalation protocols. Document all incidents and resolutions in the incident management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication

Merchandising Display

Ensure door complies with SEAPAC standards and guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all consumers

Ensure all windows are presented to a high standards including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication (if applicable)

In charge of creating clear Shop –In-Shop’s to emphasize category presentation
