The Deputy General Manager (Administration) has the responsibility to direct and coordinate activities of the Departments in the Administration Division, such as Accounts Department, Materials Department and Human Resource Department, formulating and administering organization policies.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Formulate and administer Company’s policies, driving and coordinating Division activities to implement and meet the long-term targets and objectives.
• Manage and support activities to achieve the Division’s targets.
• Conduct target setting and performance appraisal with key Division job-holders.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager/Manager working in the Global Corporate Communications (GCC) team based in Singapore, you will work with the team to provide communications counsel and media relations support to business units across the group, as well as work with business leaders to craft and execute effective programs that shape perception and enhance the reputation of the group.

Responsibilities include developing and executing regional owned and earned proactive communication strategies, go-to-market campaigns, tactics and content programs. Managing ongoing relationships with journalists and forging new ones, as well as event support and thought leadership; collaborating with stakeholders across the group and our overseas colleagues in international markets.

The successful candidate is an experienced communicator with excellent writing skills, is detail orientated and hands-on in the day-to-day and can exercise good judgment in high-pressure situations. -Help in loading and unloading weight about 20kg

-Main job scope is machine production, end the wood panel will sent to your section for quality checking and packing

JOB PURPOSE:

To achieve optimum sales revenue and profitability for a given focus Supplier line/Classes by driving overall sales, marketing and demand creation activities, contributing to the growth of the overall company’s sales revenue and market share. Working in conjunction with all relevant parties, the Regional Business Development Manager drives and implement strategies directed towards achieving set objectives, manages the Supplier’s expectations and enhance working relationship at all levels to gain support and partnership.

JOB CONTENT:

• Manage the effective application of internal and external resources to insure that our resale commitments to our Supplier are met or exceeded.

• Prepare monthly or quarterly updates for senior management.

• Interface with North America and Europe to use whatever leverage is deemed necessary to drive the business and enhance Supplier relationships within Asia. Communication will be key in order to forge strong links upon which strategic and tactical plans can be executed.

• Preferably a Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

EXPERIENCES

· Preferably with at least 5 years experience with particular emphasis on knowledge of Suppliers and Components Distribution business in the market place.

Job Responsibilities

1. Consolidates signed group arrangements from the Sales Managers and act as liaison between hotel and customer/meeting planner to ensure a successful event. This includes obtaining rooming lists, establishing billing, overseeing group room blocks, welcoming VIPs, overseeing amenity requests, handling on site event logistics, coordinating outside vendors, and enforcing the contract

2. Write resumes for each group giving the hotel's departments an overview and schedule of the conference and its objective, details of the meeting agenda and requirements for all Residential and Room only groups by conducting regular Resume meeting to ensure all external departments are updated on all future groups.

3. Communicate last minute changes in group functions to hotel staff, and ensure accurate and satisfactory follow up.

4. Conduct post conference review with clients including the presentation of banquet checks when applicable.

5. Coordinates with Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Catering sections to ensure that all requirements stipulated in contract are met.

6. Coordinates with clients/organizers including entertainment with the respective Sales Managers to ensure all the requirements in the contract are met.

Education and Work Experience

1. Possesses a relevant Diploma or Degree

2. Minimum 2 – 4 years’ relevant working experience in the hotel industry

3. Relevant meeting services experience in the hospitality industry

4. A mature, self-motivated, dynamic, meticulous and result oriented individual

• Assist in full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
• Identifying and mitigating potential tax risks
• Managing tax provision and tax compliance process
• Ensure the Group's tax policy are complied with the updated international tax regulations
• Monitor local and international regulatory developments in transfer pricing
• Manage the relationships with local authorities and agencies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Professional tax qualification is highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience (Big 4 + corporate tax experience is preferred). Candidate from Big 4 are welcome to apply
• Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
