Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Caregivers and Healthcare Assistants who resonate with our mission to make care more accessible to people in our community. You will be deployed to hospitals (public/private), nursing homes, daycare centres or hospice centres across Singapore.

The contract for this role will be up to 6 months. When the contract ends, you may choose to extend if you prefer or explore other job opportunities with our partners.

General responsibilities:

• Attend to the hygiene needs of patients who require assistance or are bed-bound
• Ensure patients' safety and facilitate social-emotional support through suitable activities
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and pleasant environment for all patients
• Performs other duties assigned by the nurse manager

Requirements:

• Commitment to a weekly roster of about 40 hours per week
• Available for a minimum of 3 months

Responsibilities

• Handling of calls / feedbacks / complaints/ maintenance hotline/ receive payment
• Serve as a call centre to activate any of the contractor staff , term contractors for the Property and any other personnel when necessary
• Provides administrative support to the team at the Property
• Reception duties including answering queries at the Management Office and answering of telephone calls
• Attend to walk-ins at the Management Office
• Preparation and consolidation of reports, invoices and maintaining proper documentation and filling

• All necessary filing and administrative work
• Updating of computerised maintenance management system
• Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office & Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Minimum GCE N Level with a pass or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as clerical support staff.
• Able to speak in both English and Chinese language.

Job Requirement

• Japanese language skill (JLPT N2 Proficiency and above) to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts in Japan
• Interested in Japanese food and Japanese culture.
• PC skill (example: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams)
  
  Advantageous (preferred) skills/experience:
• If you have experience of holding events (seminar, business matching event, exhibition), or marketing, it would be better.
• Someone who likes socializing and networking
