· Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

· Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.

· Monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.

· To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage.

· Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Engineering

· Completed 2 Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development

· Min 3-5 years relevant experience.

· Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point etc.

· Certificate of Project Manager

· Microsoft Project

• Expertise in Hadoop eco system components HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, HBase, Pig, Sqoop, Spark and Hive for scalability, distributed computing and high-performance computing.

• Experience in using Hive QL and Spark for data Analytics

• Good knowledge on monitoring Hadoop clusters on VM, HortonWorks Data Platform 2.x, CDH5 Cloudera Manager

• Experienced in job workflow scheduling and monitoring tools like Oozie and Zookeeper

• Strong in databases like MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 & Presto

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
