Role Summary

The Philanthropic Investment Manager is responsible for developing, accelerating, and maintaining a pipeline of philanthropic supporters at the annual and major gift level (five and six-figures), with expectation to close gifts from Year 1. Requirements:

· A recognized Degree / Masters in Architecture from reputable university

· 4 to 10 years working experience

· Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore

· Proficiency in CAD / functional drafting capability.

· Able to work well in a team

Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

· Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks

• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform the product strategy.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, merchandising, solutions, and finance, to develop and enhance credit and services products.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.

Financial Analysis:

• Manage the financial performance of credit and services products, focusing on pricing, profitability, and revenue targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize financial outcomes.

Performance Reporting:

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of credit products.
• Use data and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit and services products.
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
• "O" Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in a related field.
