- To Handle, Manage and oversee Shipping and Logistics Verticlas / Modules under small and large scale projects.

- Developing Infra Structure of the company with new technology into Shipping and Logistics Business.

• Establishes and monitors program priorities, objectives, and procedures, determining area objectives, targets of service, and resource needs allocation.

• Provides leadership and direction to the functional team so that tasks and activities are coordinated for project scope control, quality control, communication management, change control management, risk management and issue management.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5-7 years of working experiences in HR field, with Regional background will be an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in a regional role
• Experience in HR business partnering is an advantage
