• Working alongside the class teacher to create an environment in which the children’s learning flourishes;
• Being responsible, with the class teacher, for the pastoral care of the children in their class and to be involved in the pastoral care of all children in DUCKS;
• Taking part in the planning and preparation for learning with regard to literacy both inside and outside the classroom as led by the class teacher;
• Taking responsibility for the management of classroom resources, the replenishment of materials, setting up of the classroom and ensuring the safety of the teaching environment;
• Being aware of, and taking part in, the schools performance management framework and participate in training and development activities as required;

Job Description

•  Resolve customer issues and queries promptly.
•  Communicate customer feedback to R&D members and recommend adjustments and possible solutions to customer‘s comments
•  To oversee, monitor, and conduct internal application trails and applications products
•  Perform technical performance benchmarking and analysis to support engineering decisions.
•  Determine project specifications and project schedule by studying product requirements and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements
•  Provide on-site tech support, installation, troubleshooting of machine vision products
•  Assist in the installation and running of product demonstrations and events
•  Conduct training to customer or sales team

Office Admin Tasks

• Receive guests and be the ‘face’ of the company - perform front desk duties when required
• Point person for office administration work including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
• Manage relationships with office vendors, building management, service providers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Assist in booking facilities for meeting and/or facilitating for online meetings
• Handle business travel issues such as arrangements of air tickets / accommodation for staff
• Provide timely support for managers on administration matters and tasks
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

HR Admin Tasks -

• Handle onboarding and offboarding employees
• Provide support for staff engagement activities and events
• Assist in assigned HR admin duties such as staff claims, letters issuance, staff records updates, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, payroll etc.
• Any other HR admin duties that may be assigned on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Possess at least a min. Diploma, in any field
• Min 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and detailed oriented
• Ability to handle highly confidential information of critical nature
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Proficient in Mandarin, as this role requires frequent liaison with stakeholders from/in China HQ
