Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel Coordination:

The ROLE

The Executive Assistant will use their organizational and time management skills to support the day-to-day logistics of their assigned Executives. WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Executive assistant to 3-4 assigned executives both local and remote

· Consistently work toward an understanding the executive(s) line of business, clients and team

· Perform as direct assistant to the office executives to include calendar management, expense reporting and logistics associated with staff management

WHAT IT TAKES

The Operations Executive would be working directly with all members of the team, including team members based in London. Job Summary

Responsibilities

Research Design

· Leading project team members to understand all research objectives

· Supporting senior management and at times leading in proposal writing

Project Management

· Take primary responsibility for the smooth running of projects

· Working with the analysts and senior project team members to lead analysis and ‘sweat the data’ to uncover the true answer

· Ensuring the total quality of PowerPoint, Word and Excel output given to clients in terms of accuracy, formatting and presentation

· Participating in client presentations

Skills and Experience

To apply, you must have 1-2 years of experience with adhoc primary quant and/or qual research, preferably from an agency-side role.
