Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Handles basic bookkeeping tasks
• Files and retrieves corporate records, documents, and reports
• Researches and compiles data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
• Organises meetings and booking meeting rooms
• Helps to prepare for meetings
• Records minutes from meetings
• Racks daily expenses and prepares weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Formats information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Organizes and maintains the office filing system
• Uses various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
• Makes travel and accommodation arrangements
• Performs office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
• Provides general administrative support

• Manage and oversee the billing process, including invoicing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field
• Detailed oriented, organized with proven ability to do multi-tasking
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Provide full support to Business Development Officers

- Liaise with Car Dealers and Hirers for Car financing matter

- Evaluate all Loan Applications

- Credit management for Car Finance etc

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Description:

• Maintain and review daily financial records to ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Record transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices.
• Manage all payment related matters (including overdue payments) and ensure all are paid promptly and match up correctly
• Manage business accounts and preparing financial statements for management reporting (e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned
• Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in handling full set of accounts, experience in F&B retail preferred
• Experience with accounting XERO software is a plus
• 5.5 day work week

Responsibilities

• Provides support for tender process, from drafting of proposals, preparing pre-qualification documentation and coordinating cost estimation activities
• Provide support such as liaising with customers directly for enquiry on quotation
• Schedules and coordinate meetings with customers when tender awarded
• Generate documentation for progressive payment and prepare work completion certificates to ensure timely payment as stipulated in the contract
• Liaise with sales, production, procurement, subcontractors to develop initial cost estimates and project timeline based on client specifications and drawings
• Carry out site inspection to understand the job scope for quotation generation.

Requirements

• Min Diploma Electrical/Marine Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years of commercial experience in maritime and offshore industry
• Able to prepare quotations and submit before deadline
• Team player with positive work attitude
