A confident communicator and multi-tasker, you will be responsible for strategizing, developing and implementing ERA’s media strategies, with the goal of promoting and building ERA’s brand affinity through various communication touchpoints and platforms. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of all local PR activities, including but not limited to on-site support for events involving media, pro-active media pitching, managing media requests, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in coverage reporting
• Respond to all media inquiries. Establish and grow stronger media relations and explore opportunities for thought leadership to grow industry awareness for ERA’s brand, where opportunities arise
• Manage daily media monitoring and analyze content to determine public sentiments for the generation and implementation of effective communication strategies.

Ideal candidate

You are responsible for the development, planning and overall operational and execution of meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs and/or special events dedicated to a specific client account and based at both BCD and client’s office. The Event Manager works on a variety of projects simultaneously and serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective meeting owner. Your responsibilities

· Work with customers/clients to develop, coordinate and implement their meetings, incentives and events.

Week 4

Performance Analysis and Optimization: Review social media analytics to assess the performance of published content. Identify trends and insights to inform future content planning and strategy.
