Quality management and control

• Overall in charge of the entire packaging workshop, inclusive of data coding and laser printing and cellophane wrapping of final products.

• Investigate non-conformance and perform root cause analysis to deliver effective solutions via the corrective action and preventive action reporting process

Warehouse management and inventory control

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all quality matters in the Maintenance Services. Responsible for the development and administration of the quality and safety system to ensure compliance with the airworthiness requirements. Direct responsibility for all matters affecting airworthiness and regulatory requirements.

Quality and Regulatory Compliance :

• Ensure quality compliance with the aviation regulatory requirements and PAC quality policies and procedures. Maintain a quality system that is in compliance with the various aviation regulatory requirements such as SAR145, FAR145, EASA145, CCAR145, etc.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments in areas of quality and certification, such as FAR Part 21.

• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Safety Management Systems under the various relevant airworthiness authorities.

Auditing:

• Monitor the implementation of remediation plans identified in audit reports and ensure they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all audit-related issues are addressed and resolved in an appropriate manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing and incorporate them into the company's audit program.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the financial services industry such as Securities, Exchanges, Payment related firms etc.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit practices and techniques, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in identifying risks, evaluating the adequacy of controls, and recommending process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA or similar preferred.

• Supervise and oversee junior team members and review their work product

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and involve in Quality Management System (QMS) that is in conformance with ISO9001:2015, ISO13485 and AS9100:2015
• Responsible to initiate and monitor the internal quality audit to be performed as to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead, manage and mentor the QA team and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment
• Plan and Perform Customer / Process audits
• Review audit findings and develop action plans
• Participate in audit meetings and coordinate internal and external audit activities
• Manage First Article Planning, CMM, CMM program, Visual Inspection program and other measurement equipment
• Manage Internal and External Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
• Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective correction and process improvement
• Manage Departmental KPI and Suppliers’ Qualification, Performance Monitoring, Quality Management and Audit and Disqualification Program
• Coordinating and liaising with Operation in ensuring Quality of production’s outgoing products meet Customers’ requirement
• Support Operation through establishment of Operations Standard, Process and Quality Control Plan
• Establishment of Product Quality Standard with Sales and Customers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management Roles in Precision Engineering or Contract Manufacturing (Mechatronics) industries
• Extensive working knowledge / experience of QMS, SPC, GD&T and CMM
• Well versed in CpK, Gage R&R, PPAP, 8D and 5 Why methodology
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Well organized and able to multi-task
• Analytical and a good team player
