• Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience; industrial or factory automation experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, able to effectively respond to client inquiries.
• Sales-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, assess market opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract - Renewable Based on Performance and Business Needs

Location: Changi (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Salary: S$2,800-S$3,500

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement and support campaigns like Rewards Catalogue, promotions, and CR events.
• Plan and execute exclusive Rewards events to increase footfall and sales.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance the Rewards Catalogue and support eVoucher sales and monetization.
• Manage EDM content and performance marketing with BUs and external agencies.
• Coordinate data-driven marketing initiatives to boost member footfall and spend.
• Handle digital engagement, campaign setup, and CRM system updates (experience with Session M, Braze, or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus).
• Support campaign management, CRM loyalty programs, tenant marketing, and customer service.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Customer visits, engagement rate, member spend, active member penetration, redemption rate, revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 1-3 years of experience in loyalty/digital marketing. Applicants with relevant qualifications but limited experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
• Analytical, innovative, independent, and adaptable team player.
