Job description:

• Responsible for Marketing and Sales of company products to Supermarkets, Retail Outlets or Food Service Sectors.
• Develop and implement Sales Strategies to increase business volume and grow existing customer base.
• Proactively identify and secure potential clients.
• Maintain good relationship with new/existing clienteles to achieve sales revenue and profit target.
• Liaise with internal operational teams on service excellence to meet customer’s needs.
• Handle Business proposals and quotations.
• Handle all sales activities such as projects, meetings, promotions, sales blitz and etc.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma or above qualification, preferably in business management or marketing
• Proven sales experience in food related industry (preferably meat)
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical, organizational and personal skills
• Meticulous and excellent eye for details
• Customer service oriented
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams

Responsibilites:

• Manage sales growth of key retail accounts and monitoring the accounts’ performance.
• Maintain strong and good working relationships with existing customers.
• Liaise with supermarket personnel for best product display space and rental during promotion periods.
• Achieve / exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and performance of our products on various channels.
• Conduct frequent market visits to outlets and analyzing trends in market dynamics.
• Expand clientele base and key accounts through networking, cold calling, and social media channels to drive sales revenue.
• Develop and implement innovative market penetration strategies and new launch promotions.
• Manage merchandisers and promoters on their job performance.
• Assist to resolve any issues or complaints from customers, outlets or merchandisers / promoters.
• In-depth understanding of the Company’s range of products and services.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Marketing / Business Administration
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or FMCG industry
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. excel, powerpoint.
4. A dynamic and highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively
5. Customer oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Able to start immediate
• Able to converse in English & Chinese with clients. (Bonus: Bahasa/Melayu to converse with MDWs)
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office
• CEI holder, preferably
• Comfortable with indoor sales
• Comfortable on weekends shift
• Comfortable with 5.5 days of work
• Salary include commission
