JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Organisation-level Communications

• Develop, drive and review communications strategy in consultation with the cross-departmental integrated communications team and ensure that communications are aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives and brand values.
• Lead and deliver corporate collaterals, including bi-monthly donor newsletters, SSG annual report.
• Manage and create content for corporate social media platforms including LinkedIn to communicate the Group’s activities.

Government and Diplomatic Communications

• Build government and diplomatic relationships while developing a government and diplomatic contact database.
• Work on office holder and GOH invitations.
• Coordinate with CEO, participating stakeholders, photographer, when applicable, at events.
• Steward government bodies on-site and work closely with their comms team to accommodate requests and post-event collaterals while safeguarding the Group’s interests.

Corporate Social Responsibility Programme

• Plan and carry out CSR programme including concert and event invitation to beneficiaries.
• Collate feedback for reporting purposes.
• Develop and maintain contact database of beneficiary organisations.

General

• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with ad-hoc events and tasks such as media launch receptions, proofreading various collaterals etc.
• Supervise communications intern where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS

• A university degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of marketing communications / corporate communications experience in a non-profit or an arts organization
• Interest in classical music
• Strong work ethics and sound judgement
• Resilient and meticulous individual with positive energy and excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, good initiative and the ability to work under pressure with a matrix reporting structure
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, build alliances, and achieve results
• Proficient in English, both written and communication
• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays during events/concerts.

Job Description

• Prepare Daily Sales Report
• To process RMA, the whole cycle of return goods from customer
• Input Sales order, issue delivery order, invoice and ensure data accuracy.
• To provide proforma invoice to the sales coordinator for payment purpose.
• Preparation of shipping arrangements and schedule of delivery.
• Regular update and monitoring of inventory stock movements and price record in the system.
• Input Purchase Order and send to factories, ensuring data accuracy.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to ensure timely deliveries.
• To prepare standard operating procedure for processes.
• Upkeep and maintain a proper filing system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma related to Business or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Working experience in the same industry is advantageous
